This Sony CMT-EX5 is an incredibly stylish and elegant CD system — a real aesthetic piece from the golden era of Sony design. It has been fully tested and works perfectly, delivering clear, balanced, and warm sound.
The front glass panel is in excellent condition — no scratches at all, it looks absolutely beautiful and gives the system a premium, modern feel.
The rear side includes an AUX input, allowing you to connect external sources or even use the system with an amplifier. The original speakers are included and are in excellent working condition. There are only light signs of previous use, including a small mark on the fabric grill of one speaker (top corner), which is barely noticeable.
On the main unit, the front control panel (the section that extends and retracts) moves smoothly, though slightly unevenly on one side — likely due to a small internal misalignment. This doesn’t affect operation or sound quality and could probably be adjusted easily if desired.
