Owned a bit over one year. Couch has remained covered the entire time and is in excellent condition. Cushions are removable via zipper and the chaise lounge opens for extra storage. The middle foot rest can be extended or not depending on what you want. The chaise area of the couch when the footrest is extended is large enough for a full size foam mattress cover, which can be included with the sale if you're interested. This sofa has been the happiest place on Earth for me for almost a year, and I am only selling it because it will not fit in the studio I ask moving into.
